This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-profile cases while collaborating with an experienced litigation team both in and out of the courtroom.What You'll Do Serve as a key member of the trial team during multi-week products liability and personal injury trials throughout the United States.Assist attorneys with case strategy, fact investigation, and legal research.Coordinate with expert witnesses, including scheduling, logistics, and trial preparation.Review, organize, and summarize depositions, medical records, and case materials.Manage case files using legal document management and case management systems.Draft discovery responses, correspondence, and other litigation documents under attorney supervision.Track discovery, document production, and litigation deadlines across multiple matters.Communicate with corporate clients regarding case updates and discovery matters.Prepare and file documents through federal (PACER) and state electronic filing systems.Support attorneys before, during, and after trial to ensure seamless case execution.Qualifications Several years of litigation paralegal experience, including significant trial experience.Experience supporting complex litigation matters such as products liability, personal injury, or class action litigation is highly preferred.Ability and willingness to travel nationwide for extended trial assignments.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.Experience reviewing and summarizing depositions and medical records.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Proficiency with Westlaw and legal case management software such as Clio or similar platforms.Experience with federal and state electronic filing systems, including PACER.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment.Why You'll Love This Opportunity Join a respected boutique litigation firm with a national reputation.Work on challenging, high-profile products liability and personal injury cases.Play a critical role in trial strategy and courtroom preparation.Collaborate with an experienced and supportive litigation team.Competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth.If you're an experienced litigation paralegal looking for an opportunity to work on complex cases and travel as part of a nationally recognized trial team, we'd love to hear from you.
