Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case intake to trial and appeal.
Draft, proofread, and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and trial exhibits.
Manage case files, organize evidence, and maintain meticulous document databases.
Conduct legal research, summarize depositions, and prepare case chronologies.
Coordinate and track deadlines, ensuring compliance with court rules and filing requirements.
Assist with trial preparation, including witness coordination, exhibit binders, and courtroom logistics.
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Support attorneys during hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
