Litigation Paralegal

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 annually

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote after onboarding

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a confidential national law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its growing San Francisco office. This role supports a sophisticated litigation practice with matters involving complex commercial litigation, class action defense, retail and e-commerce disputes, intellectual property litigation, and bankruptcy matters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large and complex litigation matters from inception through resolution

  • Coordinate and support discovery, including large-scale document reviews

  • Organize, analyze, and summarize case materials and evidence

  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, subpoenas, and other litigation-related materials for attorney review

  • Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts

  • Assist with depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation

  • Maintain litigation databases and document management systems

  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the litigation process

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment

  • Strong background supporting complex litigation matters

  • Experience managing high-volume documents and large discovery projects

  • Advanced e-discovery experience required

  • Proficiency with document management systems such as iManage or NetDocuments

  • Experience with Relativity, Everlaw, Disco, or similar e-discovery platforms required

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with class action litigation

  • Trial preparation experience, including trial binders and exhibit management

  • Experience drafting subpoenas, motions, and other litigation-related documents

  • Electronic filing experience in state and federal courts required

  • Experience with TrialDirector or similar trial presentation software required

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
