Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Conduct legal research to support cases and provide analysis of relevant laws and regulations.

• Organize and maintain documents for each file.

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to schedule meetings, depositions, and hearings.

• Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, documents, and evidence for presentation.

• 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.

• Familiarity with court filing procedures.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
