Our client is seeking a 3-5 years experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Civil Litigation team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and summarize medical, financial, tax, employment, and other legal records
  • Prepare medical chronologies, record summaries, deposition summaries, and discovery response summaries
  • Draft basic pleadings, discovery documents, and routine legal correspondence; assist in discovery drafting and responses
  • Schedule depositions, manage calendars, and support overall case management and litigation workflow
  • Perform administrative and litigation support tasks while managing high-volume workloads and tight deadlines
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation
  • Experience handling medical records, discovery, and deposition summaries
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) at intermediate to advanced level
  • ABA Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred with strong research and writing skills
