We are seeking a highly experienced Litigation Paralegal with 10+ years of litigation experience to join a growing litigation team. This role is ideal for a certified paralegal who excels in complex litigation support, trial preparation, e‑discovery, and case management across Arizona state and federal courts. The successful candidate will be a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.ResponsibilitiesReview pleadings, court notices, and correspondence to identify and calendar deadlines and noticing requirements.Electronically file and serve legal documents in Arizona state courts, federal courts, appellate courts, and bankruptcy courts.Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines to ensure timely filings and compliance.Communicate professionally with courts, clients, opposing counsel, co‑counsel, and government agencies.Assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, evidentiary hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.Organize and manage discovery materials, case documents, exhibits, hearing binders, trial notebooks, chronologies, summaries, and spreadsheets.Coordinate service of process and legal notices.Conduct legal and factual research utilizing Westlaw and other legal research tools.Assist with document collection, review, production, and management using e‑discovery platforms.Manage electronic and physical case files through iManage document management software.Prepare initial drafts of pleadings, correspondence, discovery requests, and other litigation‑related documents.Provide ongoing litigation and trial support as needed.QualificationsParalegal Certificate required.Minimum 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.Extensive experience supporting attorneys through trial, arbitration, mediations, and evidentiary hearings.Thorough knowledge of Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure and Arizona court practices.Experience with Arizona state and federal court electronic filing procedures.Strong experience with e‑discovery, document review, and document production.Proficiency with iManage, Westlaw, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff.#J-18808-Ljbffr
