Litigation Paralegal

We're seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal for our Seattle office. This position supports multiple attorneys and would preferably have experience in the areas of construction defect, product liability, personal injury, business litigation, and/or complex multi-party cases. Candidates should be self-motivated, have excellent organizational and proofreading skills, possess good understanding and working experience with e-discovery, and be capable of multi-tasking. What We're Looking For

• Candidates should possess skills in legal document preparation, including drafting and formatting correspondence, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documents.
• Candidates should possess skills in document review, including organizing, analyzing, and summarizing records and discovery materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in legal research, including using legal research tools to locate case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to active matters.
• Candidates should possess skills related to pleadings and motions, including assisting with drafting, cite-checking, assembling exhibits, and coordinating court filings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with litigation support software, document management systems, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
• Experience working in a litigation-focused law firm or legal department is preferred.
• Paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited program, or equivalent related experience.
