    About YOU:
    Are you an experienced paralegal looking for an exciting new opportunity to work on
    complex and challenging cases? Do you have a passion for seeking justice for those who
    have been injured through no fault of their own? If so, we have the perfect job for you!
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join
    our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for
    providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys as they handle a wide variety of
    personal injury cases, from inception to resolution.
    In this role, you will be expected to:
    Assist with drafting and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions,
    and discovery requests
    Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations related to personal injury
    cases
    Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining case documents,
    evidence, and correspondence
    Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to the case
    Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
    Review and analyze medical records and other evidence to assist with case
    preparation and evaluation
    Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop and implement case
    strategies
