This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage deadlines, discovery, filings, and trial preparation with confidence.Draft pleadings, notices, motions, and other court filingsPrepare deposition notices, materials, exhibits, and related summariesOrganize and maintain case files, indexes, and key documentsCoordinate with clients, witnesses, courts, vendors, and opposing counselManage discovery, document productions, and e-discovery workflowsTrack deadlines and ensure timely court filings, including e-filingQualifications5+ years of defense-side commercial litigation experience in a law firm settingStrong knowledge of Florida circuit and county courts and federal court rules and proceduresExperience with discovery, document production, and trial preparationProficiency with legal research, document management, and review platforms, including Westlaw, iManage, and Nuix/Ringtail preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTrial support experience, including use of Trial Director or similar softwareStrong understanding of the litigation lifecycle and the paralegal role from case opening through trialDegree and paralegal certificate preferred; equivalent experience consideredParalegals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
