Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial.
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, notices, and other legal documents.
- Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars to ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders.
- Coordinate document collection, production, and organization for discovery.
- Conduct legal and factual research.
- Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, witness files, and other materials for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical case files.
- Anticipate attorney needs and proactively identify solutions to keep matters moving efficiently.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of Florida state and/or federal litigation procedures.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
Technology & AI Experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Paralegal Certificate and/or Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
