Beacon Hill is hiring a Temporary Paralegal for an immediate coverage assignment with a well-established law firm in Hamilton, NJ. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity expected to last approximately 3-5 months. The ideal candidate will have prior plaintiff personal injury experience and be comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
Support a team of six attorneys, with primary responsibility supporting 1-2 attorneys
Manage and maintain a caseload of approximately 80-90 plaintiff personal injury matters
Draft, prepare, and organize legal documents and case files
Coordinate medical records, discovery responses, and case-related documentation
Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
Track deadlines and assist with case management throughout the litigation process
Provide general administrative and paralegal support as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury experience required
Must possess an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Paralegal Certificate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systemsQualified candidates with plaintiff personal injury experience are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
