Litigation Paralegal Washington District of ColumbiaJob ID: 21357Rothwell Figg seeks a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in the area of patent litigation, who must be able to handle all aspects of complex litigations, from pre-litigation phase, through trial and appeal. Successful candidates must have applicable knowledge of federal district court rules and procedures, litigation terminology and documentation, and docketing procedures; strong organizational and analytical skills; the ability to set priorities and multi-task; and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. Candidates must be computer proficient, with experience and working knowledge of Lexis, Westlaw and other litigation-research databases. IP litigation (federal courts), PTAB and/or ITC experience is a plus. This position requires flexibility to work overtime as needed and some travel may be required.
