This is a hybrid role.Job DescriptionAssist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.Conduct in-depth legal research and compile findings for case preparation.Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to schedule meetings, depositions, and hearings.Review and analyze documents for relevance and accuracy during the discovery process.Assist in trial preparation, including creating exhibits, organizing evidence, and managing trial logistics.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal procedures, court rules, and filing requirements.Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
