Litigation Paralegal

We’re recruiting for a Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation team in West Palm Beach. This role is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and comfortable supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys with case management, court filings, document preparation, and litigation deadlines
• Draft, edit, proofread, and finalize legal documents, pleadings, and filings
• Assist with deposition, mediation, arbitration, hearing, and trial preparation
• Manage and organize discovery materials using eDiscovery tools
• Monitor case activity and proactively flag upcoming deadlines or required actions
• File documents electronically with state and federal courts
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and internal team members
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or legal environment
• Experience with eDiscovery software, including Relativity and Trial Director
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal document formatting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Excellent writing, proofreading, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with urgency, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal training or related legal education preferred
