The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record in managing complex litigation cases.Why join us?health insurancedental insurancevision insurance401(K) with matchPTOJob DetailsResponsibilities:Assisting in the preparation and management of litigation cases from inception through to completion.Drafting, reviewing, and editing a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery.Coordinating and managing court dates, appointments, and deadlines.Conducting legal research and compiling case-related information.Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials in a professional manner.Organizing and maintaining case files to ensure information is kept up-to-date and easily accessible.Providing general administrative support to attorneys including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and maintaining calendars.Qualifications:Experience as a Paralegal, within litigation.Strong knowledge of case preparation and legal procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.A paralegal certification or equivalent is preferred.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join a highly respected legal team.
