Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Taking the lead in litigation cases, managing all aspects from strategy development, discovery, trial, settlement negotiations, and appeal.
2. Providing expert legal advice to clients on complex litigation matters, ensuring their interests are protected.
3. Collaborating with a team of attorneys to develop and implement winning litigation strategies.
4. Representing the firm and its clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
5. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
6. Participating in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, and conferences.
7. Mentoring and developing junior attorneys, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in trial practice, with a proven track record of success in complex litigation cases.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes favorably.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
8. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior attorneys.
9. Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
10. Willingness to participate in business development activities.
