The Litigation Resource Team Manager creates and leads a centralized team of litigation assistants and paralegals who provide litigation support across Earthjustice's regional and program offices. The Manager establishes and implements a triage process for litigation support requests and assigns work to the Resource Team accordingly. The members of the Resource Team will be embedded in certain regional and program offices, where they will provide dedicated litigation support while remaining available for surge support to the organization. The Manager also provides litigation support in cases and matters organization-wide when programs/offices need additional capacity to meet filing deadlines, manage large document reviews, or support trials, hearings, and other high-intensity litigation phases.
The Manager is responsible for working with the Director of Legal Training and Development to identify, create, and deliver training that strengthens litigation support capabilities across Earthjustice. The Manager coordinates with litigation leadership, regional and programmatic offices, and other departments across the organization to ensure that centralized support is efficient, equitable, and consistent quality. The Manager reports to the Sr. Program Manager of the Litigation Practice team.
The Litigation Resource Team Manager may work hybrid from the following locations: Preference for Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, or Washington, DC, and open to other Earthjustice offices.

Salaries at Earthjustice are determined by working location and are commensurate with the experience required.
The annual salary range for this role in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY is $113,000 - $125,500.
The annual salary range for this role in Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, Honolulu, HI, or Washington, DC is $107,400 - $119,300.
The annual salary range for this role in Denver, CO, Anchorage, AK, Juneau, AK, or Philadelphia, PA is $101,700 - $113,000.
The annual salary range for this role in Bozeman, MT, Miami, FL, Tallahassee, FL, or Houston, TX is $96,000 - $106,700
