We seek an experienced litigation support professional to join our team as a Litigation Support Manager. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver who enjoys guiding case teams through every stage of a matter and turning technology into practical solutions. In this role, you will lead the firm's litigation support function, acting as a trusted advisor to attorneys and paralegals while partnering with the Director of Technology on long-term strategy and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the firm's primary litigation technology consultant, guiding case teams through all phases of litigation, from early case assessment and data collection through document review, production, and trial preparation.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-powered review tools and emerging litigation technologies, ensuring their use aligns with client confidentiality and professional responsibility standards.
  • Manage RelativityOne workspaces and data workflows, including user access, data ingestion, processing, quality control, indexing, and searches to support attorney review.
  • Coordinate the collection, archiving, retention, and destruction of electronic data in partnership with the Director of Technology, and provide trial technology and exhibit support to case teams.
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards across litigation support workflows, including data received from vendors and third parties.
  • Manage the department's budget and monitor industry trends to recommend technology investments and process improvements.
  • Design and deliver training on litigation technology and AI tools, and maintain the firm's litigation support policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with 7+ years of progressively responsible litigation support experience in a law firm or vendor environment.
  • Proficiency with RelativityOne, including Processing, Review, Searching, Productions, and Import/Export modules.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted document review, including technology-assisted review (TAR), continuous active learning (CAL), and AI tools such as Relativity aiR or comparable predictive coding workflows.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data filtering, and manipulation of large datasets.
  • Experience using generative AI (GenAI) tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to improve day-to-day workflow efficiency, including drafting communications, summarizing information, and streamlining routine tasks.
  • Working knowledge of the litigation lifecycle, EDRM framework, and eDiscovery best practices.
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Relativity Expert certification preferred; Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with limited supervision.
