DescriptionLitigation Support SpecialistPay Rate: $24 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMTraining Schedule: 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMEmployment Type: Full-Time HybridWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Support Specialist to support our vehicle insurance claims and litigation operations. This hybrid role requires reporting to work onsite 2 days a week. Ideal candidates have a background in paralegal studies or legal support and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The candidate will leverage strong organizational and communication skills to manage insurance claim cases from inception through resolution, ensuring legal compliance and exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing physical mail and legal documentsPrepare, manage and track a portfolio of vehicle insurance claims and litigation cases.Submitting document requests to various contacts/contracts for assigned mattersScheduling and participating in custodian interviews and conference callsConducting keyword searches and organizing case-related informationProviding general litigation and legal support as neededMaintaining accurate records and completing tasks within required deadlinesReview and analyze case documentation to assist attorneys and adjusters in the resolution of claims.Draft and manage correspondence, summaries, reports, and other legal documents.Monitor case timelines, deadlines, and tasks to ensure timely action and compliance.Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Benefits in this RolePaid Training and equipment provided.Hybrid work environment- 2 days in officeFull-time, flexible scheduleCareer Growth OpportunitiesBenefits available to you DAY 1Required Skills & QualificationsAbility to complete a required background and drug screeningBachelor's degree in paralegal studies;Bachelor's degree in any field, accompanied by a paralegal certificate and relevant legal/claims experience.Proficient in conducting claims-related key term searches.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Effective time and task management, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Due to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations.
