The Role

• Manage a diverse docket of personal injury matters, with emphasis on motor vehicle and related claims

• Take an active role in litigation strategy, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation

• Participate in court appearances, mediations, and trials (travel as needed)

• Collaborate with a high-performing litigation team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4-10+ years of litigation experience, with strong exposure to personal injury matters

• Trial-ready mindset with courtroom familiarity (trial experience a plus, not required)

• Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively

• Motivated by performance-based compensation and growth opportunities

• Strong communication, advocacy, and client management skills

• Background in plaintiff-side work preferred (defense candidates with relevant exposure considered)

• Active Bar License in Good Standing with GA, or eligibility for admission
