Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports daily operations by leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining profitability and compliance during each shift.

• Supervise and motivate team members to perform efficiently and uphold company standards.
• Provide leadership and adult supervision for employees under 18 years old.
• Train, coach, and follow up with employees to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain a guest-focused environment by ensuring quality service and products.
• Utilize cost-control tools to achieve food, paper, and labor goals.
• Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared to meet customer needs each shift.
• Support the Restaurant Manager and Co-Manager with operational goals and team development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Shift Lead

The Shift Lead oversees day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow, quality service, and team productivity.

• Supervise and support team members throughout the shift.
• Adjust schedules and assign tasks to maintain efficiency.
• Train and coach employees to ensure consistent performance.
• Monitor results and report trends for business forecasting.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist management with daily operational goals and standards.

Team Member

Team Members are responsible for delivering quality products and excellent customer service while working efficiently as part of the restaurant team.

• Prepare and serve food products that meet quality and safety standards.
• Greet customers and take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow established Little Caesars procedures and use proper tools for preparation and service.
• Work proficiently at all Pizza
• Pride Production System stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
• Support teammates and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
