Live Chat Representative (Remote)

Schafer Manufacturing Co is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still providing top-notch customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems and complaints
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customer inquiries

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a chat-based support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and software
