About BearCom:
The Live Events Fleet Manager oversees the BearCom fleet of trucks, trailers, and video surveillance trailers. This role is responsible for managing fleet maintenance, repairs, and operations while ensuring technology and equipment are in optimal working condition. The position also supports the video team, assisting with packing, testing, and troubleshooting video equipment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and effective communication with traveling teams and other departments.

General Duties:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Licensing: Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required.
Technical Skills:
Technically adept with the ability to learn on the job.
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
Familiarity with RF technology is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong team collaboration and communication abilities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/move up to 60 pounds.
Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including shop floors, office settings, event venues, and outdoor conditions.
Work Environment: The work environment includes office settings, shop floors, and outdoor venues. Employees may be exposed to wet, humid, or hazardous conditions, as well as moderate to high noise levels. Flexibility and adaptability to varying environments are essential.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
Must pass a drug screening, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
