Title: Project Coordinator
\nType: Full-Time

\nReports to: Director of Project Management
\nTravel: Up to 35%
\nImage Audiovisuals is looking for an experienced audio visual professional to support our local and national events. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our Project Managers across multiple events, helping in the pre-production process, managing crews onsite, and Project Managing smaller events.
\nResponsibilities:
\n• Responsible for technical communication between the Project Manager, sales team, location personnel, and clients.
\n• Assists in the design, set up/removal and successful execution of events.
\n• Assists the Project Manager in being a technical liaison that the client can trust to build the best possible show within the client’s total budget.
\n• Travel to support client events as needed.
\n• Ensures that sufficient labor, equipment, cross-rentals and transfers are arranged before upcoming events. Monitors costs on a constant basis to ensure a profitable event.
\n• Assist team members technically and lead the team when needed.
\n• Maintains a working knowledge of company inventory and other related equipment.
\n• Uses knowledge of physical layout and technical capabilities of meeting facilities to determine service requirements.
\n• Manages project-related purchase orders, expense tracking, and supporting documentation within company systems to ensure costs are accurately recorded and aligned with project budgets
\n• Reviews and approves project-related invoices and company credit card expenses as assigned, ensuring proper documentation, coding, and timely communication with Accounting, Project Management, Sales, and other internal departments
\n• Takes initiative for self-growth, learning all aspects of new equipment and services.
\n• Follows and acts in accordance with all company rules and policies in regard to general operation of the company, including but not limited to working hours, sales and promotion policies, procedures and specific company rules.
\n• Champions and supports the mission and culture of Image Audiovisuals.
\n• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
\nQualifications:
\n• 2+ years’ experience working with corporate or association live events, plus a working knowledge of video, audio, and lighting gear
\n• Experience managing crews
\n• Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot onsite
\n• Strong customer communication skills
\n• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high end industry standards
\n• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
\n• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
\nCompensation & Benefits:
\n•Salary range: $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and technical expertise.
