Job Description:
The Producer / Onsite Lead is responsible for executing a high-profile hospitality experience, ensuring seamless onsite operations, vendor coordination, and exceptional guest experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead onsite event execution for a hospitality suite tied to a major global sporting event
• Manage vendor load-in, setup, and breakdown logistics
• Oversee venue setup including signage, merchandise, and beverage stations
• Act as primary onsite point of contact for vendors and stakeholders
• Execute run-of-show (ROS) in coordination with internal teams
• Monitor inventory and replenish hospitality materials as needed
• Support talent coordination, scheduling, and onsite needs
• Ensure high-quality guest experience and brand representation
• Handle post-event wrap-up and assist with financial reconciliation

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of experience as a Producer or Event Producer
• Prior experience as an onsite lead for live events
• Previous agency experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in a highly client-facing, public environment
• Full availability June–July (onsite up to 40 hours/week)
• Experience working with experiential or event marketing agencies
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)

• Experience with hospitality suites or large-scale sporting events
• Background supporting high-profile or brand-driven activations
• Experience managing talent or entertainment logistics
