Responsibilities may include:Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygieneAssistance with mobility and prescribed range-of-motion exercisesMedication reminders and oversightCompanionship, conversation, and meaningful activitiesMeal and snack preparationGrocery shopping and household errandsTransportation to appointments and other activitiesLight housekeeping and homemakingDementia and Alzheimer's careHospice careResponding appropriately and promptly in emergency situationsSupporting the client's overall comfort, safety, and well-beingLive-In ScheduleLive-In Caregivers remain in the client's home for the entire scheduled assignment. Assignments may range from 3 to 30 consecutive days, with the same schedule typically repeating each week.Each 24-hour period is generally divided into:13 hours allotted for providing care8 hours allotted for sleep3 hours allotted for personal time and breaksPlease note: You are expected to remain at the client's home throughout the scheduled 24-hour period, including sleep and personal-time hours.*Eligibility and terms may apply.What We're Looking ForCurrent HHA, or CNA certificationExperience caring for elderly or disabled individualsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishCompassionate, respectful, and dependable attitudeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood time management and organizational skillsCommitment to following health and safety standardsAbility to work independently and responsibly in a client's homeCOVID-19 vaccination required
