About the Role A residential property with 100+ units is seeking a Live-In Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day upkeep and ensure the community runs smoothly. This is an on-site position for someone who takes ownership of the property's condition and responds quickly when issues arise.
Key Responsibilities
Property Maintenance
Handle general repairs and maintenance throughout the property
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies as they arise, including after hours given the live-in nature of the role
Building Operations
Oversee the upkeep of common areas, grounds, and building systems across 100+ units
Team & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for larger repairs or projects
Qualifications
Experience in property or building maintenance
Willingness to live on-site
Comfortable handling a range of repair and maintenance issues across a large property
