A warm family in the West Village is seeking an experienced, loving, and dependable live-out nanny for their 4-month-old baby boy. Both parents work and are looking for someone nurturing, proactive, and knowledgeable about infant care and developmental milestones.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Compensation: $30-$35 per hour, based on experience
Benefits: Paid time off
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, loving care for the baby
Maintain feeding, nap, and daily routines
Plan age-appropriate activities that support development
Take the baby on walks and to local classes and activities
Prepare and clean bottles and baby-related items
Handle the baby's laundry and keep nursery/play areas organized
Communicate regularly with the parents regarding the baby's day
Qualifications:
Significant professional infant-care experience
Excellent, verifiable references
Knowledge of infant development and safety
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Familiarity with New York City and the West Village
Reliable, punctual, warm, and professional
Legally authorized to work in the United States
