Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Live Production Contractor / Video Producer to support corporate live production initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end video production activities, coordinating live events, and ensuring high-quality delivery of corporate video content.

This role requires hands-on experience with corporate live production environments and strong skills in video production, videography, and production project management. Candidates must have experience supporting corporate events, executive communications, internal broadcasts, or enterprise video productions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage live video production activities from planning through execution.

• Handle end-to-end production support including pre-production, live execution, and post-production coordination.

• Operate as a Video Lead to coordinate production teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Manage production schedules, timelines, logistics, and project deliverables.

• Support corporate live events, broadcasts, meetings, and video communications.

• Ensure production quality, technical readiness, and smooth execution of live productions.

• Coordinate onsite production activities and travel as required.

• Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to understand production requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Video Producer, Video Lead, or Live Production Specialist.

• Strong experience in corporate live production environments.

• Hands-on experience with video production and videography.

• Experience managing production projects, timelines, and stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of live production workflows and processes.

• Ability to manage multiple production activities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting enterprise/corporate communications, executive events, or internal broadcasts.

• Experience coordinating onsite live production operations.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Important Requirement

• Candidates must have corporate live production experience.

• Entertainment live production experience alone will not be considered.
