About the Role

ORIELLE Beauty & Wellness is expanding into TikTok Live Commerce and is looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven TikTok Live Sales Host to join our team in Flushing, New York.

You will host live shopping sessions featuring beauty, skincare, K-Beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle products.

We are looking for someone who can do more than simply present products — you should be able to engage viewers, create excitement, and convert viewers into customers.

Responsibilities

Host TikTok Live shopping sessions approximately 3–4 hours per session
Demonstrate and explain beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle products
Engage with viewers and answer questions in real time
Introduce promotions and encourage purchases naturally
Help create short-form TikTok/social media content
Learn product benefits and key selling points
Work with the ORIELLE team to improve live-stream performance
Track customer feedback and identify potential best-selling products

Qualifications

Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera
Strong communication and sales skills
Energetic, friendly, and confident personality
Interest in beauty, skincare, K-Beauty, fashion, or wellness
TikTok Live, livestreaming, retail sales, beauty sales, or social media experience preferred
Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred
English communication skills preferred
No professional livestreaming experience required for candidates with strong presentation and sales ability

Compensation

$20–$25 per hour + Sales Commission

Higher earning potential may be available for hosts who consistently generate strong sales.

Long-term opportunities may also be available as ORIELLE expands its livestream commerce business.

Audition

Selected applicants will be invited to ORIELLE for a short interview and approximately 5-minute product presentation/audition.

We care more about your ability to communicate, engage, and sell than follower count.
