• Lead research in Language Model (LLM) development, focusing on innovations in zero-shot performance and colloquial translation.
• Collaborate with other R&D teams to enhance the efficiency and capabilities of our foundational models.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and LLM.
• Drive efforts for publishing the research in top-tier conferences and journals.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience in NLP, Deep Learning, or a related field.
• Experience with popular NLP toolkits and platforms.
• Strong understanding of current challenges in language models and a passion for innovation.
