Job Title : LLM Topic Developer
Location: : Scottsdale, AZ / Omaha, NE / Chicago, IL / Washington, DC / New York, NY / Austin, TX / San Jose, CA - onsite (LOCAL ONLY)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Pay Rate: $50- $60/hr (all Inclusive)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on and leadership experience in ServiceNow AI Agent Studio (Yokohama/Zurich).
- Practical experience with NowAssist Skills Kit.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in LLM Topic configuration.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with infrastructure delivery management.
- Familiarity with data center operations.
- Understanding of audit and compliance processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and configure LLM Topics within the ServiceNow AI Agent Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
