Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

I have partnered with a growing behavioral health team that is currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed mental health professional. Position Summary

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide high-quality behavioral health services to clients of all ages. This role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based therapy, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
  • Provide individual, family, and couples counseling.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in case consultations and treatment team meetings.
  • Educate clients and families on coping strategies and available community resources.
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active LMFT or LCSW license in the state of practice (required).
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field.
  • Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
