Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LMS Administrator with deep hands-on experience administering Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) to support enterprise learning initiatives. This role is responsible for learning management system administration, training content deployment, and enabling high-quality learning experiences across the organization.

 

Job Description

  • Review new training requests and develop implementation plans.
  • Provide instructional design and process recommendations aligned with adult learning principles and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create, edit, and enhance learning content.
  • Develop SCORM-compliant eLearning courses using industry-standard authoring tools.
  • Create AI-generated voice narration and integrate audio into learning modules.
  • Build interactive learning experiences, including quizzes, assessments, and knowledge checks.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of instructional videos using AI-powered tools such as Synthesia and VEED.IO.
  • Maintain version control to ensure content accuracy and historical tracking.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to validate functionality, accessibility, and learner experience.
  • Deploy and manage training content within Cornerstone OnDemand, including metadata, versioning, availability settings, and course configurations.
  • Create and manage learning assignments and curricula.
  • Configure training fields, portal settings, automated notifications, and system-generated communications.
  • Upload course files, maintain catalogs, and manage course revisions.
  • Monitor Cornerstone system releases, test new functionality, and implement required updates.
  • Administer security roles, permissions, and user access.
  • Support integrations, user provisioning, and single sign-on (SSO) functionality.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical LMS issues and provide timely resolution for end users.
  • Develop, schedule, and maintain standard and ad hoc LMS reports.
  • Provide compliance, completion, and progress reporting to business stakeholders.
  • Audit LMS data to ensure accuracy and support training governance initiatives.
  • Advise stakeholders on LMS capabilities, best practices, and platform configuration options.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to learning workflows, dashboards, calendars, and user experience.
  • Support LinkedIn Learning integration and other learning platform enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training operations, reporting, and course management processes.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 functional support for the Workday ERP platform.
  • Perform account administration, including password resets, access changes, and account suspensions.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems when appropriate.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, job aids, and training materials.
  • Support reporting, access reviews, system enhancements, and new feature implementations.

 

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience (or 5 years for senior-level positions).
  • Expert knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
  • Experience developing SCORM-compliant eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and LMS governance.
  • Experience incorporating AI-generated voiceovers and multimedia into training content.
  • Proven ability to administer enterprise LMS platforms in a corporate environment.
  • Experience creating reports, analyzing training data, and supporting compliance initiatives.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support in an enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using AI-powered content creation tools for learning development.
  • Experience supporting learning platforms within large, complex, or regulated organizations.
  • Familiarity with SSO, user provisioning, LMS integrations, and system configuration.
  • Experience supporting Workday or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Learning integrations and enterprise learning technologies.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Pay rate

  • $51 - $64 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
