LMS Client Analytics & Optimization Lead - VP

As a Vice President within this global team, you will own key analytical workstreams, drive strategic client-level initiatives, and execute optimization agendas.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Client Analytics & Optimization: Develop client-level analytics to identify and pursue opportunities for optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead the agenda with Client Treasurer and Client Analytics teams regarding allocation methodologies and strategy.
• Technology Implementation: Manage the end-to-end tech implementation of new analytics, metrics, and reporting tools.
• Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of analytical projects, from data acquisition to final delivery and follow-up.
• Data Acquisition and Analysis: Perform deep data acquisition and analysis to generate actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Data Quality Management: Lead the escalation and follow-up process for data quality issues to ensure the integrity of underlying data.
• Metric Development: Design, develop, and implement new metrics to track performance and drive business outcomes.
• Ad-hoc Pricing: Provide analytical support and ad-hoc pricing for global clients to ensure optimal returns.
• System Ownership: Act as the module owner of GSIB, and Client Financials modules in our LMS data-mart (Clearview), driving their development and effective use.

As an integral part of the broader Pricing and Optimization team, you will also contribute to a range of activities spanning subject matter expertise on client liquidity value, client pricing, client financials, and Services data architecture. Also, some activities related to product development, which include technical coordination, control execution, and performance monitoring, alongside ad-hoc tasks like issue management, UAT testing, and stakeholder coordination for commercialization efforts.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience
• Experience in Product Management beneficial
• Tertiary level qualification
• Customer service skills

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and proactive professional with a strong background in financial analytics, project management, and data systems.

• Experience: Strong experience in financial analytics, data analysis, and technology project management within a large, complex global financial institution.
• Analytical Expertise: Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, with a proven ability to perform complex data acquisition, analysis, and metric development.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience managing technology implementations and a strong understanding of data marts and financial systems (e.g., Clearview).
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects, from initial concept to successful implementation.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and clearly present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Global Collaboration: Experience working effectively with global, multi-country, and cross-functional teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across technology and business teams.
• Independence: Ability to work independently, manage multiple high-priority deliverables, and proactively solve complex problems.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
