Our Learning & Development team is seeking a detail oriented Temporary LMS Support Specialist to assist with daily operations and data clean up within our Learning Management System (LMS). This short term role will support an ongoing project focused on improving data accuracy, streamlining records, and ensuring the LMS is organized and functioning efficiently.
Support day to day LMS administration tasks, including navigating and managing basic LMS interfaces
Perform data matching and reconciliation to identify duplicate or related learner records
Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Consolidate and merge information from multiple spreadsheets or files
Maintain high attention to detail to uphold data integrity across the LMS
Experience navigating or managing LMS platforms (preferred but not required)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
Creating and formatting tables for clear data presentation
Sorting, filtering, and organizing large datasets
Data cleaning (removing duplicates, correcting formats, standardizing fields)
Merging and consolidating data from multiple sheets or sources
