Responsibilities

\n

\n

• \n
• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• \n
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments
• \n
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• \n
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• \n
• Monitor client progress and update treatment goals as appropriate
• \n
• Collaborate with Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) staff when clients receive PRP services
• \n
• Participate in care coordination and communicate recommendations regarding client needs
• \n
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA, COMAR, Medicaid, and organizational requirements
• \n
• Participate in clinical supervision as required based on licensure
• \n

Qualifications

\n

\n

• \n
• Active and unrestricted Maryland LCPC, LCSW-C, or LMSW license
• \n
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
• \n
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• \n
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
• \n
• Experience working with Medicaid populations preferred
• \n
• Experience with children, adolescents, adults, or individuals receiving PRP services is a plus
• \n

Applicants must hold an active Maryland license as one of the following:

LCPC – Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

LCSW-C – Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical
