Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our healthcare team on a 17-week contract in Claremont, NH. As an LNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and dignity for our residents and patients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

  • Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and weight)

  • Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing staff

  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and safety equipment

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

  • Adhere to facility policies, state regulations, and ethical standards of care


Qualifications:

  • Current LNA license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility for NH licensure)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • CPR certification (current and valid)

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of LNA experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

  • Reliable transportation and ability to commit to the full 17-week contract
