As an entry-level engineer, you will focus on designing and developing SOI RFICs for mobile handsets, collaborating with experts to create cellular-band RFICs with integrated components such as LNA cores, RF switches, and attenuators.
You will work with system engineers and module teams to develop specifications, report progress, and resolve design issues.
Requirements include a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, experience with CMOS/SOI RFIC design, strong simulation and modeling skills, RF/microwave fundamentals, and proficiency with industry tools.
