POSITION SUMMARY: This position includes a unique opportunity to act as an employee field supervisor (where applicable), a client advocate and community resource in the Assistive Care State Program practice. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary office team to effectively monitor and assist in client and employee satisfaction, the quality and safety standards of our personal care services and assist with social determinant issues that impact our client's health and welfare.
