    Duration: 8 weeks

    Job Summary:
    An industry-leading healthcare staffing agency, is seeking motivated and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our expanding team. This role is critical for delivering patient-centered care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals in various healthcare settings. If you have a passion for patient care and a strong commitment to your professional development.

    Duties:

    • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
    • Take and record vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
    • Assist with transfers, walking, and physical activities as directed.
    • Help with feeding patients and documenting their nutritional intake.
    • Observe and report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition.
    • Set up medical equipment and assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures when necessary.
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by changing linens, disposing of waste, and sterilizing equipment.
    • Comply with all state and federal healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
    • Participate in continuing education programs and team meetings.

    Qualifications:

    • Current and valid LNA certification.
    • A minimum of one year of experience as an LNA, preferably in a healthcare facility.
    • CPR/BLS certification.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
