Job Summary: An industry-leading healthcare staffing agency, is seeking motivated and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our expanding team. This role is critical for delivering patient-centered care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals in various healthcare settings. Duties:
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Take and record vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Assist with transfers, walking, and physical activities as directed.
Help with feeding patients and documenting their nutritional intake.
Observe and report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition.
Set up medical equipment and assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures when necessary.
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by changing linens, disposing of waste, and sterilizing equipment.
Comply with all state and federal healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
Participate in continuing education programs and team meetings.
Qualifications:
Current and valid LNA certification.
A minimum of one year of experience as an LNA, preferably in a healthcare facility.
CPR/BLS certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
