LOA Special Education Teacher - Elementary 1446

Winchester Public Schools is seeking a Special Education Teacher to cover a LOA from Aug 31, 2026 through October 11, 2026

Ideal candidates will:

• Provide support services for students on IEPs within the general education setting, as well as in pull-out and potentially remote settings.
• Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs, conducting and analyzing assessments, facilitating TEAM meetings, have strong communication skills, and a willingness to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families.
• Training and/or certification in specialized reading programs such as Wilson or Orton-Gillingham is preferred

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid DESE Teacher Cerification
• Ideally Masters plus 3 years experience
