Duties:

Load Planning & Execution

·Build, plan, and assign daily outbound and inbound shipments in TMS (Transportation Management System)

·Optimize routing and equipment utilization to ensure timely, efficient delivery while minimizing transportation costs.

·Review orders, consolidate shipments, and determine the best mode and carrier assignment.

·Ensure alignment with required delivery dates (RDD/MABD) and customer-specific delivery guidelines.

Coordination & Communication

·Communicate with carriers, warehouse operations, and customer service to confirm load details and resolve scheduling conflicts.

·Monitor in-transit loads, ensuring on-time performance and addressing any delays or accessorial issues proactively.

·Serve as a primary point of contact for load execution and scheduling questions.
