Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Production Workers to support glass manufacturing operations in Catoosa, OK. This role focuses on loading and unloading glass materials, assisting with furnace operations, and supporting daily production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal Load / Unload candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and able to work efficiently while maintaining quality and production standards.
Required Experience & Skills
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work safely around glass materials and production equipment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Load and unload glass materials onto and from furnace equipment
Handle glass products safely and efficiently throughout the production process
Read and use a tape measure accurately to verify dimensions and specifications
Assist with furnace operations and production workflow as needed
Support manufacturing operations to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heat and production equipment
Work Environment
Glass manufacturing and production environment
Exposure to furnaces, production equipment, and industrial processes
Fast-paced environment requiring attention to safety and quality
Physically active role with continuous movement throughout the shift
