Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable General Laborers to assist with loading and unloading computer equipment in a warehouse environment. This position involves safely handling computers and related equipment, organizing inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining productivity and workplace safety.

The ideal candidate is physically capable, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 45 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Strong attention to workplace safety and proper lifting techniques
Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Steel-toe boots may be required depending on the work site
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Load and unload computers and related equipment weighing up to 45 lbs
Safely lift, carry, stack, and move materials throughout the warehouse or loading dock
Organize and stage equipment for shipment, storage, or processing
Follow proper lifting techniques and company safety procedures at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
Report damaged equipment or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Perform additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or loading dock experience
Experience with inventory staging or material handling
Strong work ethic and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 45 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods
Ability to safely work in a warehouse environment while wearing required PPE, including steel-toe boots if required
Work Environment
Warehouse and loading dock environment
Fast-paced workplace with frequent material handling and repetitive lifting
Exposure to palletized shipments, warehouse equipment, and loading operations
