What You'll Do as a Loadbanks Assembler:- Build and assemble electromechanical components according to engineering prints and specifications
- Mount devices, complete wiring, and perform OHM testing to verify proper assembly
- Read and interpret bills of materials, schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
- Perform in-process quality checks and escalate nonconformance issues as needed
- Follow work orders to produce parts within required quantities and specifications
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Complete required documentation to support production and compliance processes
- Assist with additional duties and projects to support assembly operations
What You Need to Bring to the Loadbanks Assembler Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, drawings, and electrical schematics
- Ability to safely operate equipment and inspect finished components
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform frequent physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
- Experience in wiring or electromechanical assembly preferred
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills
