What You’ll Do:

Prepare and load trucks meticulously to meet customer delivery deadlines, inspect trucks for defects, and ensure safety protocols are followed. You'll handle truck inspection, product loading according to instructions, and secure trailers properly. Effective communication with supervisors and departments about order quality and truck issues is essential. Efficiency and safety are top priorities as you contribute to a productive work environment.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of consistent work history in a similar role
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Fluent in reading and writing English

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in truck inspection or safety protocols
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if required
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and reporting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven long-term experience in loading, trucking, or warehouse operations
