This position requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where associates are responsible for manually loading products into trailers while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and committed to meeting operational goals. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor or manager as needed. ## Responsibilities * Manually load products into trailers and shipping containers safely and efficiently. * Lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. * Walk long distances throughout the warehouse while completing assigned tasks. * Ensure products are loaded accurately and secured to prevent damage during transportation. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Follow all company safety policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager. * Meet productivity expectations after completing the training period. ## Requirements * Ability to understand and communicate in English. * Previous warehouse experience preferred. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods. * Strong attendance record, reliability, and punctuality. * Must be available to work one additional day between Tuesday and Friday. - T tulo del Puesto: Cargador de Almac n Ubicaci n: 4050 Rock Creek Blvd, Joliet, IL 6043 Turno: Location: 4050 Rock Creek Blvd, Joliet, IL 6043 Shift: Mon-Fri 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM Pago: $18.00 por hora Tel fono de la oficina: 815.886.2300 ( Tambi n aceptamos mensajes de texto!) Este puesto requiere trabajar en un ambiente de almac n de ritmo acelerado, cargando manualmente productos en remolques mientras se mantienen altos est ndares de productividad, precisi n y seguridad. El candidato ideal es confiable, tiene buena condici n f sica y est comprometido con el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos. Tambi n realizar otras tareas asignadas por el supervisor o gerente. Responsabilidades * Cargar manualmente productos en remolques y contenedores de manera segura y eficiente. * Levantar y mover productos de hasta 50 libras durante todo el turno. * Caminar largas distancias dentro del almac n mientras realiza las tareas asignadas. * Verificar que los productos est n correctamente cargados y asegurados para evitar da os durante el transporte. * Mantener el rea de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura. * Cumplir con todas las pol ticas de seguridad y los Procedimientos Operativos Est ndar (SOPs). * Apoyar con otras tareas de almac n asignadas por el supervisor o gerente. * Cumplir con las metas de productividad una vez finalizado el periodo de capacitaci n.
