Job Summary
MUST
-Have 3 years of experience with driving a loader. (Stinger preferred, but bucket works as well)
-Will be driving a CAT 926M Stinger in the yard
-Background in Industrial or Construction
-Able to carry 50lbs
-Be on their feet for 8 hours
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a
manufacturing facility
is required.
- Ability to safely load, move, and transport raw materials, finished products, and production-related materials.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, production schedules, and material handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
- Knowledge of equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and daily operational checks.
- Must be able to identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Experience following OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or shift schedules as needed.
- Must be physically capable of climbing into equipment, sitting for extended periods, and working in varying weather and plant conditions.
