Job Description

• 1st Shift
• We are seeking an experienced 1st Shift Loader Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating a CAT 926M Wheel Loader in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This position is responsible for safely moving raw materials, loading production equipment, maintaining material flow throughout the facility, and supporting daily production operations.
• The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following safety procedures, and working closely with production and operations personnel to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• MUST
• Have 3 years of experience with driving a loader. (Stinger preferred, but bucket works as well)
• Will be driving a CAT 926M Stinger in the yard
• Background in Industrial or Construction
• Able to carry 50lbs
• Be on their feet for 8 hours

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in amanufacturing facilityis required.
• Ability to safely load, move, and transport raw materials, finished products, and production-related materials.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, production schedules, and material handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
• Knowledge of equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and daily operational checks.
• Must be able to identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Experience following OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or shift schedules as needed.
• Must be physically capable of climbing into equipment, sitting for extended periods, and working in varying weather and plant conditions.
